I adopted Ashton (now Oliver) in November. I just received the results of his Embark DNA testing. You might find it interesting! He’s been running on the beach with Lucy this week. His first time off leash. He loves walks, car rides, playing with Lucy, anything to eat and snuggling. He even snuggles with Calvin, our cat. I love, love, love him and am so grateful that you had him and I found him online! He’s a wonderful, silly, sweet dog who loves everyone he meets.
Summer Breeze Festival – Saturday, July 13, 12-6
Help us celebrate Rockbridge Vineyard and Brewery’s 31st annual festival with wine, beer, slushies, music, food, and vendors. Wine will be sold by the glass or bottle only. Beer will be sold by pint or flight. We recommend bringing lawn chairs and popup tents, or blankets. Admission is $10/person, $5/person for current wine club members. Proceeds are used to help benefit the Augusta Regional SPCA. Admission for children is an item for the SPCA. These can be canned or bagged food for dogs and cats, litter, blankets or towels. Current Wine club members will get a complementary glass of wine with their admission price. All Attendees get a logo glass to take home! Slushies will be served inside.

Classic music from the 50s to the 90s.
The Danny Goodson Band will play 3:30 to 6. Lots of Rock n Roll and Fun!
Food Trucks are Island Wheels, a Caribbean Fusion Truck, and The Hitchin Post
Many Vendors also on-site for shopping and browsing.

Just wanted to check in and let you all know that Maddie has fit in and adjusted so well with us.
She is down a couple pounds which is great for her. She is so playful and loving with our kiddos. She is afraid of our cat but progress is being made with them.
Walks are getting better as she’s showing less reactivity and excitement towards other dogs in our neighborhood. We’ve been working with a dog trainer who is a friend of ours and that has helped so much.
We can’t thank you all enough. We feel so lucky that we have Maddie in our lives. I hope that whoever owned her before us can trust that she has a really good home.

Oshie is doing wonderful, and has been an amazing addition to my life! He loves visiting my nephews in Charlottesville, he loves his bed, and he also taken a love for all the other furniture in the house!
When we’re outside, he loves to take walks, and he loves playing with my next door neighbors’ two dogs.
