Looking for a trusted spay and neuter clinic for your pet? The Augusta Regional SPCA Spay/Neuter Clinic offers affordable, compassionate spay and neuter services for cats and dogs to help you keep your pets healthy while reducing unwanted litters in our community.
How to Make an Appointment
Due to high demand, appointments may book out several weeks in advance. We appreciate your patience as we work to serve as many pets as possible.

Once you complete the form, our staff will review your request and contact you directly to set up a date and time for your pet’s appointment.

The clinic is located directly across the parking lot from the Augusta Regional SPCA.
If your pet has a health concern after surgery and you do not reach our staff, do not leave a message. Contact your veterinarian or Veterinary Emergency Services in Verona at (540) 248-1051.
Who We Serve
🐾 Welcoming cats and dogs 8 weeks and older, weighing at least 2 pounds
🐾 All pets over 4 months without proof of rabies vaccination will receive a rabies vaccine ($20) at the time of surgery
🐾 Vaccinations and other low-cost services are available only when your pet is scheduled for surgery
🐾 We aim to keep our facility flea-free; if fleas are present on arrival, treatment will be administered for $10

(Includes injectable pain meds, nail trim upon request)
Dogs (includes surgery, pain meds, e-collar, nail trim)

Special Requirements for Senior Pets
🐾 Dogs 8–10 years: Big 4/IVC +/- IV fluids required ($30)
🐾 Dogs 11+ years: Full bloodwork required within 30 days of surgery (done at your vet or quoted upon request)

Cats: 7:30 AM
Dogs: 8:00 AM
When you arrive, please keep your pet in the car until our staff has completed your check-in. You will then be asked to bring your pet inside once it’s time.
⏱️ Plan for Extra Time
Because we serve a high volume of animals, check-in and check-out can take a little while. Please expect to spend at least 20 minutes at drop-off, and possibly longer. We truly appreciate your patience as we work to make sure every pet is cared for properly.

To make things smoother for you, your pet, and our staff:
Fill out all required forms that were emailed to you before surgery day.
Watch for a check-out link in your email prior to pickup on the day of surgery so you can complete your payment before discharge.
