What to Expect on Surgery Day

๐Ÿพ Drop-Off Times

  • Cats: 7:30 AM

  • Dogs: 8:00 AM

When you arrive, please keep your pet in the car until our staff has completed your check-in. You will then be asked to bring your pet inside once itโ€™s time.

โฑ๏ธ Plan for Extra Time
Because we serve a high volume of animals, check-in and check-out can take a little while. Please expect to spend at least 20 minutes at drop-off, and possibly longer. We truly appreciate your patience as we work to make sure every pet is cared for properly.

๐Ÿ“‹ Helping Us Help You
To make things smoother for you, your pet, and our staff:

  • Fill out all required forms that were emailed to you before surgery day.

  • Watch for a check-out link in your email prior to pickup on the day of surgery so you can complete your payment before discharge.

Following these steps helps us move things along more quickly and ensures a less stressful experience for everyone. Please check your email regularly for forms and payment information.
