Happy Tails – Buck

On June 15, 2020 we adopted a sweet 3 month old puppy named Vienna Fingers. We immediately renamed him Buck and he is the light of my life! Buck is a huge momma’s boy and goes everywhere with me. He loves to go to the park, ride in the car, play with his many toys, and cuddle!

Thank you so much to everyone who works at the Augusta SPCA who made it possible for us to adopt this perfect addition to our family. I can’t imagine life without him and he is an absolutely spoiled rotten 7 month old puppy now.

Denver

DenverDenver is 1 year 5 months old neutered male Dachshund/Hound mix. He is such a great dog! He gets along amazingly with other dogs! He knows sit and loves to play fetch, ball, tug, and we think with a little training he would be an amazing Frisbee dog or even an agility dog! He is highly food motivated. He loves to do any sort of activity and would be a great hiking or camping partner. He is a medium size dog (about 35 lbs) and has medium/high energy. He would be great for an active lifestyle! He has been at the shelter for almost a year and keeps getting overlooked for some reason but he is a really wonderful dog!

at at Rockbridge Vineyard
35 Hill View Lane in Raphine, Va.

Live Music, Tastings, and shelter dogs will be there to meet you!
$15 per person/ $25 per couple, admission includes wine tasting & souvenir glass.
$5 of each admission goes directly to the SPCA.
D’Vine Wine Club members are free 
but we are asking for the 
donation for the great cause.
Kids are free with a can of pet food. 
Lunch will be available for purchase.

We adopted Holly as a small pup that was only 3 months old in 2009. Holly has taken over the house, couch, bed & our lives. We never knew she’d be this big, but she has taken such a big part of our heart, so that is ok. Thanks SPCA for our girl!
